What should I do for my 13th birthday?

So I am turning 13 in about a month and a half and I don't know what to do for a party. I am a girl but i am not girly, at school I am sometimes called "emo". My birthday is in April, I don't know what the weather is gonna be like. I am inviting at least 12 boys and girls. Yes I want to have a boy and girl party. I want to do something fun, that won't bore them. I was thinking hobo, super hero, or Willie Wonka themed. HELP! I will answer anymore of your questions. Thanks!!!
