what should i do i smoke like almost a pack to two packs a day?

chew gum a lot, be around people who don't smoke, perhaps a hospital has a specific program for that.
watch videos on effects of smoking, avoid places with smokers, never buy a packet for smoking "just one cigarrette" . it's basically a habit and to kick it, you need to press yourself psychologically.

there are some positive and negative sides of smoking here are some of them :
Positives
1. Smoking can help you relax.
2.Smoking is a stress reliever.

Negatives
1.Smoking is very harmful (as you already know)
2.Smoking is avery costly habit


Ok Ive listed two positive things about smoking and two negatives , Let's just say that smoking did none of the positive things just the negatives , would you still want to smoke ? I Quit smoking without nicotine gum or patch by using the method I just listed all you have got to do is imagine if smoking did no positive thing for you and you will quit.
