I have had a mobile contract with CPWarehouse for just under a week. They sold me a contract with Orange with a HTC desire. I am happy with the phone and the plan was exactly what I wanted (but Orange won`t connect the sim card as they say they no longer offer that plan)

CPWarehouse have said that I must take the phone to my local store and they will cancel the contract and TRY to find me an equivalent deal!

Should I do what they say? Will I lose distance (in relation to the sates of goods act) selling rights if I go into the store.

Are they obliged to provide me with a deal offering the same plan and phone?

It seems strange that I can`t just keep my phone (which I have set up with email, twitter, facebook etc) and get new simcard. It sounds like they are going to have to give me a new phone!
