My hair is just ot the point where its getting unruly, Im a guy and I am waiting for my hair to grow out because I want a kinda sorta scene shag thing, but right now my hair has taken matters into its own hands, and has decided not to cooperate

Lol, yes my hair is blonde and pink, It was a dye job gone horribly horribly wrong, I tried to strip the color out a few weeks ago, and well lets just say, it got worse...
and Yes I am not going to cut it, but I was wondering about a style like gell it up or something, Idk
