What should I pay my nanny to live on a cruise ship with us?

This is the situation...Me and my husband have job opportunities with a Cruise line. We are looking to hire a full time nanny to come with us and travel the world. They will have to work 7 days a week, as we have to work 7 days a week. They will have to share a cabin with our son...who by the way is 8 month now. They will not have to pay for accommodations, food travel to and from the ship. They will be able to see the world. The only thing I can guarantee them is that they will have 4 hours to themselves in a 24hour time frame. This is a very unique situation and I need help in this matter.
