...lot of time to workout? At this time I don't have time to go to the gym and run or lift weights. When it is warmer I usually go outside as I enjoy running. The problem is, people say, if you eat to many calories, you gain weight, and then people say, if you don't eat enough calories your metabolism slows down. So is it at all possible to eat certain foods, and eat a certain amount of calories and maintain a slim body with no development of belly fat? The method I have thought about is just eat whenever I am hungry, and make sure that it is somewhat low in calorie, and has healthy nutrients in it, although I am by no means a food expert, I just don't heat up any fake foods like kraft and so on, and never fast food, unless it is a sub sandwich. I weigh 160 pounds and am 6 feet tall, but that weight sometimes adds about 8 pounds, and other times subtracts about 8 pounds from 160.
