What show had a ringing bell?

I used to watch a show years ago where when a bell rang they had to improvise something, it was a comedy sketch show. They used to poll the audience for ideas.
It was not who's line is it anywas it did not last as long.

"Who's line is it anyway?" I think that's what you're thinking of.

U.S. version was hosted by Drew Carey. Common players were Ryan Stiles and Wayne Brady.
