In the scene, Homer is in a cloud-like world, maybe a dream. He is setting on a bed and eating something really hard in a bowl, I think diamonds. He picks up a hand held mirror and sees that his teeth have all cracked after chewing. Then he laughs hysterically. Sound familiar to anyone?
