What small SUV can tow 1500 lbs or more?

I am looking at buying an SUV, that is hopefully somewhat good on gas- and can't spend more than $30 000 CAD. But I need it to tow at least 1500 lbs.
 
I would suggest a toyota rav 4 but mostly any vehicle can tow up to 1500 lbs go to this website it has towing capasitys for mostly every car or suv..
