What spanish movie is this?

I do not remember it.. but all i know is it has something to do with metro station or train station.. there is a boy.. who gets lost or is looking for someone..and i think he meets an old lady.. or a Young guy.. im not sure.. but they go off somewhere for something.. and then i remember how they came to mexico or something to the guys or old lady's family.. and she/he left.. im sorry i realize that this is a bad description but i would really like to know the name of the movie... its defiantly hispanic.. it was on demand.. and it had english subtitles.something with metro or train station.. i looked everywhere.
