I will say soccer because it is two 45 min halves with no break and the players play offense and defense. They don't sub out everytime. In football the play stops very often and the players sit and rest between possessions.
soccer is 90 minutes with a running clock. Plus a couple for stoppage time.
Football is 48 minutes. Plus all the clock starts and stops.
Soccer has more minutes played but they take almost the same amount of time
