I'm trying to make rough plans for my future, and since I've pretty much only lived on the east coast my entire life, I don't want to stay here if there is somewhere else that suits my interests.
I was thinking about moving west.
What state(s) are best for my interests:
Cold weather, seasons, trees, mountains, lakes for kayaking, safe, neighborhoods, small towns, etc.
I am currently living in PA, and I love it, but I'd love to be somewhere around yellowstone, and move to Alaska much later on in life. I'm in a two year college right now, but I'm trying to go to a four year college in the state of my choice.
