I want to go to Japan early next year for a week, (Yuki Matsuri!) and want to know what sort of things I should do so it isn't a huge confusion when I get there. I have never left the U.S or travelled alone before. Im 23 years old.
I know basic japanese, been studying it for about a year, and currently have a passport but other then that I am practically clueless. I will most likely be traveling alone and meeting a couple japanese friends in sapporo once I get there.
