What Suzuki Sport Bike is the Best For Beginner?

Hey joey, Notfernuttin' but we talkin' new or used here? I'm thinkin' I see yas on a used model for starters. Why? 'Cuz it really brakes yer little heart when ya drop a brandy new motorcycle. Iffin' it's gotta be a Zuki I'm partial to the SV650. You might want somthin' sportier but it'll haul your tall frame around in comfort and with the right pipe I've even heard 'em growl like a Ducati. Ride that around for a year then I'm thinking you should settle down wit a nice Italian bike. Forgetaboutit!

Whatever you can find used for cheap. If you can find a used and scratched up Hayabusa for less than a 600 or 250, go for it. Don't be scared of the engine size for buying a bike, just know your limits and don't ride it fast simply because it can go fast.

But if I had to choose a new bike for you, it would be the GS500F. It's a little more sportbike-ish than the SV650 and it's cheaper.
 
GS500, SV650. Buy your first bike used. Why limit yourself to the Suzuki brand?
 
The sv650 would be my first choice. With the v-twin motor it is far more forgiving about sloppy shifting than the inline 4s. The v-twins have a wide torque band, which is also nice for long rides too if you just want to put it in high gear and leave it there.
 
I would have to say SV650 is a good start, but many riders I know got a gsxr600 to learn on and didn't hear any complains.
