What the best diet till i could use that wont affect my health I decided on

I would stay away from the supplements and eat a good diet and work out, cardio and weights. More muscle you have more cal you will burn. Just eat less than you burn and do some cardio and you will lose weight. Dont drop your calories too low or your weight loss will slow, because it will slow your metab. Eat small meals throughout the day, and stay under what you burn, and you will be a success. Dont forget the workout program!
