What to do, virus from torrent?

I know, I'm never using uTorrent again. What should I do to get rid of it? Will I be okay if I just restart n normal mode and delete the file? Or do I have to go into safe mode? Please help!

its not utorrent its your dumb ass downloading something with the virus
u cant delete the file its infected other files , it would be impossible to know if its gone
get a virus removal program
or norton it will keep your computer safe and will get rid of virus
but use one of those programs and it will get rid it
