when you're under a contract? So basically, I'm under a Sprint contract. I have a little over a year left in a two year contract. I'll be moving soon and I've just learned that I get horrible (nonexistant in a lot of areas) in that area. So basically the only way I'd be able to use my phone is if I traveled a few blocks away from my house. Which is absolutely ridiculous. But other phone services do get reception in that area and I'm looking to switch.
Is there a policy for this? They can't really expect me to pay for a service that doesn't work, right?
