Unless you have someone to watch them, there really isn't anyone else. Depending on the type of snake you have, most can last to up to a year without food. It sounds cruel, but they can survive just fine. If it isnt a baby or a small snake it should be perfectly fine. I have ball pythons that go off food for 8 months at a time and it doesn't hurt them at all. As long as you feed it before you leave. If you wanted to feel safe about it, even feed it a little bit more the week before you leave. If your use to feeding it once a week.
