seriously.. loads of things pop in my mind when rowing during a tournament. my body gets tired and the mind starts to wander...

I don't row, I paddle Waka Ama (outrigger) competitively as well as paddle in a Dragonboat. I know they're not the same but were both on a boat on water, right!?

Anyways, my mind wanders EVERYWHERE! If were winning I just think about the trophy or the medal or the next race. If theres a hot guy on the bank of the river/sea wherever I'm paddling, I think about him and if he's watching me and if I look good. Then I think about what colour I should paint my toenails..... or what I'm wearing the next time I go out.

If were losing I think about what it's going to be like to cross the line and not be first, I wonder if it's my fault, and maybe I shouldn't have gone out dancing/drinking/partying etc the few nights before hand... I analyse everyone that in the boat and who we could possibly kick out in the hopes of winning the next time....

Seems ridiculous but honestly, this is what I think about hahaha.

during a cross country race I think about how to invert a sphere from every angle all at once.
then my mind blacks out and i run faster ahahaha
