What type of cam does my truck have?

1985 Chevy k10 (pickup) with a stock carbureted 4 barrel 4.3 liter v6. I can't find if I have the factory roller cam or hydraulic flat tappet. I am going to rebuild the top end and before I tear into it, I want to order the correct cam and lifters.

I'm leaning toward hydraulic flat tappet.
