What type of Point-and-Shoot camera should I buy?

I would like something with a good lens and that is small and stylish (aesthetics count!). I'd also like to be able to control exactly how long the shutter is open (in order to take long-exposure nighttime shots), and built-in wireless upload would be nice, too.

Lots of megapixels aren't necessary, nor is face- (or smile-) detection.

It would be mostly used for uploading travel photos to a blog.
