What type of Transmission Fluid is the one for my Volvo S90 1997?

I have the Chilton's Volvo Repair Manual, and it's says that DEXRON III is recommended for it; and i bought the MOBIL 1 "Synthetic ATF Multi-Vehicle Formula" (DEXRON/MERCON MERCON V) is this One the right (or the best) for my Volvo?
And how many quarts do I need?
