what type of tree is at lincoln road mall with hanging flowers?

I saw a tree at the lincoln road mall in south beach miami that had small, very green leaves and was almost like an umbrella type tree, but then had strait root looking things hanging from it with large yellow pods and redish orchid looking flowers. i was facinated by it and woul love to know what type it is if this sounds familiar? thanks
 
Royal Poinciana. It's one of the ten most beautiful trees in the world and its origen is from South Africa.
 
since more than 99.9% of the people on YA don't live in Miami, I would suggest looking on google images using the keywords 'tropical ornamental outside tree red flowers' and see what comes up?

Or can you even post a link to a picture of it?
