What Type of Weapons style is most suited for the....?

What Type of Weapons style is most suited for the Naginata, I've heard of people using Styles meant for the Spear, those used with Polearms and Pole-axes, even of people using different styles meant to be used with the Nodachi.

If it depends on the type of Naginata, them what about the long-bladed type pictured below?
