I recently talked to a Telus rep. who said that any unlocked Blackberry would work on Telus. However, I don't think this is true since most Blackberries are GSM specific. I am aware that the 8830 World Phone has a SIM slot and Telus can provide a SIM card, but does that also apply to say, an unlocked 8330?
I ask this because I want to buy a used 8330 for my Telus contract and I want to know if I can buy any unlocked 8330 and not just a Telus one.
