What verizon phones have an Audio recording feature that lets you record audio, and then set it to a ring tone? I know NOTHING about phones. (My last phone was in 1999.)

Every Android phone can do that. Verizon has a lot of Androids.

Get an Android Phone. You can get an app called Voice recorder, and set the recording as your ring tone. I REALLY recommend the HTC Thunderbolt! It's absolutely mind blowing in terms of speed.

there should be an app for that, i havent look for it, but it should be there
