Alright, so I'm in high school, and I know the standard shot weight is 12 lbs, but they have the professional 16 lb ones and I don't know which I should get. The professional one would get me stronger so I could throw the high school one a lot easier, but I know I wouldn't be throwing anything that heavy in high school. Which one would you all think would be a better investment?
