yesterday my dad phoned t-mobile to get me a new phone with a new contract as my previous one had ran out. im new too t-mobile and dont know how they deal with things.
i was told i would be getting a new phone, 300 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet for £7.50 per month for 24months. my dad then checked his payment too them yesterday and it came up with £22.83 (plus vat) .. we then discovered that we were getting charged £7.50 for 100 mins, unlimited texts, unlimited internet.. and paying £14 odd for an additional 200 mins, (this making the 300 i was origanally meant to have)
we then phoned them and they said they would look into it and call us back tonight. im just wondering if anyone knows if they will honour their mistake and give us the £7.50 a month contract or will they stick to their £22.83?
