OK, so i just bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado. it is 4x4 Z71. i was wanting to do a lift on it ( like a 6" suspension lift). i have NEVER had a lift on a vehicle, so i know nothing about it. How much would this cost me? is this a bad idea? what are the drawbacks of getting a lift ( besides bad gas mileage. i can handle that).
Will i have to mess with the drive shafts?
