What will they replace defective ATT 8525 with since they don't make them anymore?

I have an ATT 8525 that is eating the battery rediculously...only about 8 hours of life..and I tried changing batteries. I DO have insurance, if I paid the $50, what would they replace it with? They dont make the 8525 anymore, only the Tilt
 
I seriously doubt anyone on here would be able to answer that. I don't work for the insurance provider but I do Warranty Service work and we have a program that tells us what is available to substitute and I would be willing to bet the insurance works the same way. The number for the AT&T insurance provider is 888-562-8662, call them and they will give you what options are available
