Okay, so:
Brother #1 is the son of "Mary" and "Steve"
Brother #2 is the son of "Mary" and "Steve's" brother
They couldn't be "half-brothers" since they're more closely biologically related than if the fathers weren't related. But they're not fully related since the brothers do have different DNA. So what would they be to each other?
Hahah, this is entirely hypothetical. Nobody I know had this co-mingling happen to them. I'm just curious!
