i need about 1200 cals a day.
i have so far about 950.
Choice 1:
salad-w/dried tomatoes and 1 teaspoon italian dressing
stir-fry chicken, w/about a 1 tbls lite soy sauce
contains- 1 yellow bell pepper
about 1 cup/broccoli
one stick of bok choy
some pepper, 2 teaspoons/garlic and some ginger
Choice 2:
salad-same as choice 1
1/2 country-style spare rib with about a tablespoon and a half of bbq sauce.
1 cup of campbell's lite select harvest italian-style veggies soup with some italian seasoning herbs and pepper.
What would be better? im trying to lose weight and not get bloated!
im 16, 146 pounds and 5'7"
