What would be an interesting topic based on Martin Luther King's Assassination?

I have a project due on Wednesday on his Assassination. I need a topic about it that is really interesting and attention-drawing for the audience watching my presentation. If the audience can relate to it, that would be even better.

If you want interesting go with something controversial

Would King be as famous if he had not been assassinated? If the idiot had not shot him and made him a martyr, would he have been so successful?

Would there be an MLK holiday if he had lived to an old age and just become another worn out politician, like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton?

Had he not been assassinated, would Malcolm Little, Stokley Carmichael, Eldridge Cleaver, or someone we have never heard of have challenged him for leadership of the SCLC? For that matter, would some other organization have taken the front role in championing the cause of civil rights.

I am sure you can think of a few more controversial subjects on your own, that will make your audience sit up and pay attention
