I'm planning to visit Brazil (from Seattle) in June for 8-9 days. Please recommend a good travel plan and places to go. I'm very curios to cover Amazon forest, Iguassu falls and Rio but not sure if all of them is doable in just 9 days.
Its difficult but not impossible. you can do it. these all places are very good to see. and without seen these places, you will never complete your vacations. atleast you will be go there and you should be seen these places. you have some knowledge about there hotels then you can check the travelling websites. where you will be stay. you can consider the hotels manager and guide for you plan. hope so they will be help you.
Porto Seguro is a nice beach town i wouldn't go to the cities though not much to do there and don't use any public transport since people get robbed. also be careful about what you take out in public (cameras, phones, ipods, etc) .... people get killed over $20 hand held radios. also if its late be careful of hobo/robbers. also if u get those bums saying they watched ur car just give them some money like 5 reals or they might get all pissed off and go berserk. any rich place is usually safe though.
