...in or around Kentucky? After 15 years in an automotive based manufacturing management role, I recently became "downsized" and view my current situation as an opportunity to change careers, without the pressure of trying to simply survive in a middle management role. I have past trucking experience, but didn't appreciate it, as I should have, at the time.
I know that things have changed a lot, in trucking over the last 20 years, and I have lost track of which companies hold the greatest degree of credibility with drivers, as far as best equipment, fair dispatching, pay settlements, plates, benefit packages, etc. in or around Kentucky?
Unfortunately, I allowed my CDL's to expire. I am also interested in hearing your thoughts as to how best to re-obtain without being out, thousands of dollars, and becoming indebted to a rogue company for years to come?
I would be most appreciative of your advice and guidance.
Thank you in advance for you assistance.
