What would be funny to fill a car with?

I am trying to payback a friend of mine. He put my car on cinder blocks and stole my tires one morning before i had class. SO i am going to fill his car with something.It has to be cheap, well because I am cheap. Don't say balloons that is stupid. I was going to do packing peanuts but they are actually expensive. I don't want to fill it with anything that will damage the car, but i want it to be funny. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Lots of that cheese that sprays out of a can. Other things like that whip cream. Basically anything that sprays out of a can would be awesome.
 
Buy two or three cans of shaving cream in pressurized canisters and freeze them. Push the nozzle to release the gas pressure and then open each with a can opener (old style ones). Place in interior.

The car should start to fill up with foam as the shaving cream melts.
 
Leaves - make sure there's no bugs on it. It's outside and free
Condoms - but cost money
Big bag of rice is actually cheap, it would be a lot of work to get them cleaned up, but won't damage the car.
put posit all over the car and he has to get them all off wasting good 20 minutes.
shaving cream - can get it at the $ .99 store
