I worked with a trainer yesterday and I asked him what would be the best cardio machine to use and he really couldnt answer me. I joined a gym this past tuesday and I know he is trying to sell me his training but it doesnt fit into my budget and I know I can use the clubs machines which I have a membership for. Then he went and told me that if I was planning on being a runner then the tread mill but I was always told that its the best way workout and shed the pound. This is so confusing please help any information is helpful thank you!
