What would cause low triglycerides yet high ALT?

My triglycerides lever is 117, yet my ALT liver level is 84. By standards, the triglyceride level is pretty low and the ALT level is very high. Are this two things connected? If one goes up shouldn't the other go up and vice versa? Or am I just conpletely misinformed?
