I mean, it really depends on the celeb, but I'd probably respectfully ask for an autograph and pic as long as they weren't busy. That's what I've done in the past anyways.
To tell you the truth I see them but I don't recognize them until later. I've seen The Game, LMFAO, and The Sister Sister Twins.
IDK people usually freak out, I would to if it was the right person.
