so i need to loose weight fast!
im trying to loose at least ten pounds by
the first week in april.
so i was wondering if i ate 1500calories or less each day
and do 50 sit ups each morning would i loose any weight
10 points best answer!plz help?
heres my meal plan for today
9am:
pop tatrt(with no icing)
motts original applesauce
orange juice
12:30pm
2 little salads(school provided) and water or juice
6:00pm:
fried tilapia and honey wheat bread w/ juice or water
