What would you say is the best, easiest, not too expensive PDA available?

I don't need anything too fancy but I would like a PDA that will link up with my MS Outlook calendar.
I am not very electronically savvy - so nothing too technical please. Thanks for your advice!

... I have Verizon Cell service
and Windows 7 laptop with WiFi
if these things matter
