A bad backseat driver is someone who is always yelling at the driver to slow down or get in this or that lane just being down right annoying

A backseat driver is the loud annoying passanger in the back seat that says things like, "Watch out for that guy!" "You totally ran that red light!" "Slow down!" "Speed up!" "Take this street."

A good backseat driver trusts that the driver knows what they're doing and lets them drive and when giving directions, doesn't shout the directions but simply let's the driver know when to turn ahead of time.
