Whats a good camcorder for hunting?

I need it to be under $300. It has to have great zoom and if it is not waterproof have a waterproof case for fishing and hunting. I looked at the http://www.campbellcameras.com/shopping/Products/Kodak-Playsport-Camo-Bundle__403KOD137516JM.aspx

I am afraid the zoom will be bad on both
