Whats a good stuffed lobster recipe?

Im looking to stuff some lobster tails as a side to a prime rib roast on christmas! My tastebuds are looking for a rich and creamy tip of deal. Im not too big on breaded stuffed lobster ..yuk. If you cannot help w a recipe .. tips on spices that work with lobster will suffice! Thanks

Lobster should be enjoyed on it's own with little or no seasoning other than a bit of Kosher or sea salt and butter with a few squeezes of lemon. I also don't follow the concept of a 'stuffed' lobster or even a breaded one. Why would you spend that much money lobster only to cover up the delicate flavors with a bunch of spices?
I would offer simple steamed lobster tails and offer the above condiments.
