What's a good way to email a stranger I'm interested in?

I met this guy at a park, and really didn't have a conversation with him beyond "hello." But you know how it is, you meet someone and there is a spark, and you just want to get to know them better. And maybe it's a little crazy or far-fetched, but you only live once... and you never know. So what can I say in an email to him?
