whats a healthy amount of calories for me to eat?

im thirteen and i weigh 124 pounds on a five foot two frame. what would be a healthy amount of calories for me to eat? i dont usually get much exercise except for a short gym class and walking home, which usually takes about 25 minutes or less. help?
 
umm well unless you wanna go on a 50 pound weight loss diet...id go for around 500-600 Calories a meal. But for a better detailed explanation I would defiantly look on an adkins website or something
 
2000 calorie diet is good for everyone.
But you don't need to lose any weight.
 
For the average teenage girl the recommended daily allowance is 2200 calories.

Remember that exercise is very important in the equation of how many calories are needed for normal growth and development, and also in any weight reduction program. Teens should get in the habit of exercising vigorously for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week.
