What's a nanter muffin?

It's apperently got something to do with being a ninja in training, but I'm not sure.
 
"Nanter Muffin" actually originated in Northern China. When Mao Zedong first took over as leader in China, he ruled with an iron bent wrist. Two small attacks later, he was lying motionless on the floor. His young maid Sara Wristopherson found him. It was a long recovery for Mao, but Wristopherson stood, well, sat by his side. She would sing to him in soft, calm tones, and it slowly brought him back to life. At a moment, his followers thought he was on his death bed, but he was actually on his regular bed. One song she said was "Flight of the Nanter Muffin." Confused, he decided to name his first battalion of ninjas "Nanters," as they would travel to the USA in search of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan for training.
