What's a nice stylish cell phone, carried by AT&T and/or at most retailers?

Well, my birthday's soon, I'm turning fifteen *squee!* . My parents agreed to get me a cell phone, but now I have to choose which one I want.

I think I would like a stylish phone, one that I could pull out and people would be like, "Nice phone." Something touchscreen, relatively light and easy to carry around in a pocket. It needs to be carried by AT&T (our family's carrier) or readily available at most retailers (Best Buy, etc).

Please help...thx :)
 
Note II is frekin awesome but probably too big for you. S3 is the next best thing or if you want to wait a few more months, the S4 should be coming out.
