What's better frostwire or soulseek?

i used to use limewire and it messed up my computer so now im looking for a new way to download music for free.
some friends told me frostwire and soulseek doesnt give you virsus but im not sure.
so now im just double checking and i want to know which is better.
oh and please let me know why your opinion is what it is.
 
Beemp3.com quality is 194568943 times better than limewire, and it has every song you can think of
