whats most important in amp watts? rms power watts peak power or what? im super

confused? If an amp is 6000 watts 4 channel but has RMS Power @ 4 Ohms: 4x200 W and
RMS Power @ 2 Ohms: 4x320 W
IS this good? i know 6000 whats is alot but whats all this other stuff because the 1200 watt amp i have doesnt bump anywhere near as hard as my friends 800 watt amp. Please help! i just need some examples and stuff. Thanks!

your 1200w amp is NOT exactly 1200w.. It's the peak power which it never delivers. look at RMS.
